Description
We are looking for a senior individual contributor to own and scale the learning system that drives GenAI adoption across public sector audiences in Qatar.
The successful candidate will have three main responsibilities: designing and defining the course portfolio, running the platform that delivers it at national scale, and representing Scale's learning capability in the regional AI conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the learning system: Lead LMS strategy, selection, and rollout, including certification and badging.
- Define and own the course catalog: Develop programs and courses that build AI fluency and drive adoption of Scale's use cases.
- Design and launch flagship programs: Expand the foundational AI literacy course, built modularly for various audiences and markets.
- Build the measurement layer: Tie learning to adoption outcomes, not just completion counts.
- Scale across geographies: Adapt programs for different markets with localization as a design principle.
- Stand up repeatable delivery frameworks: Enable programs to scale without rebuilding from scratch in each market.
- Partner with delivery vendors and national training bodies: Collaborate where local routing requires it.
- Teach and represent: Deliver high-stakes workshops and briefings to public sector audiences.
- Translate technical GenAI concepts: Explain complex ideas in formats that work for non-technical audiences.
- Work with marketing and events: Plan speaker series, sessions, and public-facing moments that build Scale's standing in the regional AI-learning conversation.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or enablement, with demonstrated ownership of a learning function, platform, or program at scale.
- Hands-on LMS leadership: Experience selecting, standing up, or scaling a platform.
- Technical foundation in GenAI: Ability to teach concepts directly and adjust depth for different audiences.
- Track record scaling learning across geographies: Experience with localization handled deliberately.
- Strong facilitation and presence: Confidence in front of senior government stakeholders and large mixed audiences.
- Arabic and English delivery skills strongly preferred.
Early Success Looks Like:
- First 6 months:
- LMS strategy decided and foundational program live, with certification or badging in place.
- Course catalog defined, with first programs mapped to live use cases.
- Two audience tracks delivered, with satisfaction and early adoption signals captured.
- At least one public-facing moment delivered with marketing and events.
- By 12 months:
- A functioning LMS ecosystem delivering across more than one market, with localization proven.
- A course catalog actively driving adoption of Scale's use cases, with measurable pull-through.
- Public sector partners recognize Scale's learning work as credible and effective.
- A repeatable enablement framework embedded in key engagements, with a measurement layer that connects learning to adoption.
