Description
We're seeking a Design Fabricator to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Design Fabricator, you will be responsible for maintaining departmental records, managing purchasing orders, and providing the main interface to the Corporate Safety office. You will also lead community service and donation efforts, forecast and manage material forecasts, and provide main interface to Ford Land and Trades for facilities-related items.
In this role, you will work closely with designers and other team members to deliver breakthrough products and services that delight our customers. You will utilize Design Thinking & User Experience methods to drive innovation and excellence in all aspects of your work.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300 - $124,000. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
