Description
You'll edit performance ads for our Meta campaigns, focusing on high-volume, fast turnaround, and results-driven content. Success is measured by speed, output, testing velocity, and ad performance.
You'll work with various ad formats, including founder-style spokesperson ads, UGC ads, testimonial ads, VSLs, webinar promos, talking-head ads, podcast-style ads, AI-generated creative, motion graphic ads, and hybrid AI + live-action ads.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-volume Meta ads daily
- Build multiple hook variations from existing footage
- Repurpose VSLs into short-form ads
- Produce UGC-style variations fast
- Add captions, graphics, and visual callouts that strengthen the message
- Use AI tools to produce faster without losing quality
- Collaborate with copywriters , take a brief and execute it cleanly
- Iterate based on performance data, not personal taste
- Keep project files organised and meet daily and weekly deadlines
Requirements:
- Genuine direct-response editing experience , not just strong technical skills
- You understand Meta ads and what makes them work
- Excellent pacing and retention instincts
- You can build a strong hook, not just follow one
- You produce multiple variations rapidly
- Strong English comprehension
- Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Higgsfield or equivalent
- Fast, reliable internet
- Full-time availability
- Zero ego , feedback is data, not criticism
- Strong eye for b-roll that serves the script, not just looks good
