Internal Communications, Enterprise & Growth

We are looking for an Internal Communications professional to support our Enterprise and Growth portfolio, specifically B2B, Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, Enterprise Engineering, Ads, and Commerce teams.

The base pay offered is $171K – $190K, with generous equity, performance-related bonuses, and the following benefits:

In this role, you will:

• Support day-to-day internal communications for the Enterprise & Growth portfolio
• Help plan and execute internal events for supported executives and teams
• Support logistics and execution for company-wide customer storytelling programs
• Monitor high-traffic Slack channels and other employee feedback signals
• Maintain intake and calendar, tracking key moments and milestones
• Contribute to broader Internal Communications priorities as needed

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, event coordination, marketing communications, operations, or a related field
• Experience supporting internal events and team meetings
• Excellent organization and project coordination skills
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and keep cross-functional teams aligned
