Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Services

Shield AI is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Services to lead a high-performing team focused on building, integrating, and maintaining enterprise applications that power our global operations.

This individual will oversee engineers responsible for software integrations, SharePoint solutions, and Atlassian system administration, ensuring that Shield AI's enterprise platforms remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, program leadership, and people management experience to drive the delivery of reliable, automated solutions across Shield AI's internal systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of engineers supporting enterprise software applications, integrations, and collaboration platforms.

• Driving the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of Shield AI's enterprise technology stack, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Atlassian, and other internal platforms.

• Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions that enable efficient operations across Shield AI.

• Overseeing application governance, performance, and compliance in coordination with Cybersecurity and IT teams.

• Supporting integration of SaaS platforms with identity systems, workflows, and data automation pipelines.

• Establishing and maintaining best practices for DevOps automation, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management within Enterprise Operations.

• Developing strategic roadmaps and project plans that align technology initiatives with business priorities.

• Fostering collaboration, professional development, and operational excellence across the Enterprise Technology Solutions team.
