Summary

Crosby Composites are looking for a talented Experienced Composite Trimmer at their Wellingborough office. This role sits at the heart of managing quality and efficiency in the production areas. You'll work directly with the Trim team to support the production areas.

About the Role

As a Composite Trimmer, you will be responsible for trimming, bonding and assembling carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals. You will help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency. Excellent attention to detail is essential, as well as excellent accuracy level. You will be working in a fast-moving environment, so you must be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.

The Candidate we're looking for

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Technical skills:

• Ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent accuracy level.
