Composite Trimmer

We are seeking a skilled Composite Trimmer to join our team in Brackley. As a Composite Trimmer, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running of our department, meeting job timescales and demand while maintaining the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals
• Checking information on drawings and route card instructions for accuracy
• Contributing to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with engineering drawings is an advantage, but not essential
