At Anchorage Digital, we're building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. This role allows you to join our Internal Tooling Engineering team, dedicated to dramatically improving our operational efficiency.
As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll be on the front lines, building capabilities into existing back-office systems to reduce manual work and consolidate disparate systems. Your role demands a highly adaptable and comprehensive technical skillset, as you'll not only create net-new backend services and capabilities but also integrate with and build upon a wide range of existing backend and frontend services.
Your impact will be significant as you collaborate directly with our Global Operations teams to identify critical pain points, prioritize initiatives, translate operational needs into technical requirements, and ultimately design, develop, and deploy solutions that empower our entire organization.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of professional experience building and enhancing complex internal software systems. You should have experience designing, building and deploying cloud native micro-services, and be passionate about building automated tests alongside your features. Real-world experience building complex distributed systems is also essential.
