Job Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Contract to Order Specialist to join our Order Management team at Anduril in Costa Mesa, California. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational and financial lifecycle of contracts, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the management of contracts from inception to close
- Set up projects and contracts in Oracle Fusion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate information entry and operability
- Create Sales Orders in accordance with Program Managers and Deployment Operations
- Work with Program managers and the billing team to set up billing and invoicing schedules
- Manage and own data for the Financial Operations Team
- Maintain a dashboard of current and future contracts, required action items, and pending items
- Develop and maintain dashboards connecting across functions, contracts, projects, sales orders, and billing/invoicing
- Ensure proper documentation and communication for contract/project/sales order creation for audit readiness
- Take on special projects to enhance the financial operations team's effectiveness
- Work closely with leadership to improve processes and participate in implementations and testing
- Lead SOC and IPO readiness for the order management team
- Ensure audit readiness and improvements for the entire order management process
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in operations, finance, contracts, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics (not required)
- Government contracting or consulting experience preferred
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with large groups
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with multifunctional groups to improve complex processes
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion or On-Prem experience
- Foundry experience
- Strong Excel, data visualization, and macro experience
- Ability to understand code and use scripts
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $99,000 - $130,000 USD per year
