Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Smyrna, DE location.

As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapies
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and home exercise programs
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Delaware
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with various conditions and ages
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
