This role collaborates with Managers and Shop Technicians to support daily operations and advance organisational objectives. Responsibilities include routine reporting and analysis of shop turnaround times, conducting Engine Logbook reviews, managing engine as-built configuration, performing cost-benefit analyses for equipment and tooling purchases, assisting with forecasting and annual budget planning, overseeing projects, and coordinating with customer service and vendors to ensure timely part and engine event turnaround.

Key accountabilities include preparing, analysing, and maintaining daily shop operations reports, conducting cost-benefit analyses for tooling, equipment, and project needs, supporting forecasting, annual budget planning, and financial tracking, managing Engine Logbooks and Engine Configurations, tracking and monitoring department budgets and business planning, and tracking and monitoring department KPI's.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Administration, Aeronautical Science, or Business Administration with Aviation emphasis, and at least 1 year of experience in Aviation Manufacturing, with jet engine maintenance being a bonus.
