Revenue Growth & Strategy Partner

Reddit is seeking a Revenue Growth & Strategy Partner to solve high-priority commercial opportunities. As a strategic advisor to Reddit's senior Sales leadership, you will help shape commercial strategy and translate priorities into scalable operating models that improve seller effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Your initial focus will be leading two strategic initiatives – Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System. You will design, build, and launch Reddit's highest-priority commercial initiatives, establishing strategies, processes, governance, and measurement frameworks for long-term success.

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, applying data-driven insights and first-principles thinking to evaluate complex business questions.
• Translate strategy into execution, designing and evolving operating models, governance, and execution frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams, building alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other teams.
• Establish success metrics and performance frameworks, continuously refining operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) and comfort with data infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills.
