Creator Marketing Lead - Europe and LATAM

Join our Creator Marketing team in Salzburg, Austria, as the Point of Contact (POC) for Europe and LATAM.

We are looking for someone to lead the global creator program across Europe and LATAM, bringing together strategy, enablement, innovation, structure, and flawless execution to deliver impactful and locally relevant results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement global guidelines to ensure consistent application of creator marketing principles and tactics across all markets
• Empower markets (Europe and LATAM) and HQ stakeholders to drive excellence in execution through training, workshops, mentoring, and hands-on support
• Build strong alignment across business units while establishing efficient regional structures with clear communication and full oversight
• Monitor trends, evaluate performance, and continuously evolve the creator marketing approach with a long-term perspective
• Drive the development and optimization of tools, services, and workflows while ensuring high-quality execution across creator selection, activations, integrations, brand visibility, and reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in youth-oriented companies, agencies, or premium brands), including 2+ years working with and/or managing creators
• Passion for the creator space with a strong understanding of social media and consumer habits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with solid planning and project management skills
• Team-player, creative, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; any other language is considered an asset
