Be the first to apply for this exciting opportunity as an HR Total Rewards Specialist at Ford Global in Bangkok, Thailand. In this hybrid role, you will lead the development and implementation of total rewards strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with local labor laws, conducting job evaluations, and designing competitive salary structures and benefits packages. You will also lead the execution of annual compensation processes, develop interactive HR/C&B dashboards, and participate in industry salary surveys.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. You should have 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, with prior regional experience covering multiple APAC/ASEAN countries being highly advantageous. You will need expert-level spreadsheet skills, strong proficiency in automation and data tools, and excellent command of spoken and written English.
