Skincare Specialist, Covent Garden Own Store

Part time - 32 hours a week, permanent contract

As a Skincare Specialist at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will play a key role in driving overall performance across our Skincare Category. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer receives an exceptional Skincare experience, with a focus on enhancing and impacting existing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering treatments and exceptional client care, you will lead the deployment of all skincare experiences with customers, engaging them in our brand journey and driving productivity within the category.
  • Understand and embed the Magic of Charlotte Tilbury skincare with an elevated expertise in the category.
  • Proactively contribute to the brand's growth within the Skincare market, being the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury Skincare ambassador.
  • Achieve sales targets, with a Skincare first mindset.
  • Proactively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (AUS).
  • Creating exceptional experiences for our customers which are authentic and tailored to their personal needs.
  • Play an integral part in building Charlotte Tilbury Clientelling through book backs and data capture.
  • Achieve service targets within our mystery shopping program with a laser focus on skin services, product knowledge & introduction.
  • Accelerate overall performance within the skin category both independently and across the total team through a robust coaching program.

Requirements:

  • Completed NVQ Level 3
  • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer leaves having received the very best luxury Skincare service.
  • Driven, and results-oriented, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through Skin Events and Spa Masterclasses.
  • Self-confident, able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using strong selling skills.
  • Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the brand values that customers have come to identify with Charlotte Tilbury.
  • Target-focused and results-driven through strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build capability to drive growth.
  • Experience working within the beauty industry.
  • Clear, consistent, and motivational communication style.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with an independent and proactive working style.
  • Strong people focus with a passion for developing teams.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Personable and approachable, able to build rapport quickly and ability to influence others.
  • Self-starter, able to motivate oneself and others.
