Senior Director, PCB and PCBA - Advanced Technologies and Operations Engineering

As a Senior Director, PCB and PCBA - Advanced Technologies and Operations Engineering at NVIDIA, you will own printed circuit board and assembly/manufacturing as a company-critical capability. You will set the multi-year strategy, investment priorities, and technology roadmap, and develop cross-company product and technology decisions that depend on it.

You will build and lead the industry's premier team of PCB and SMTA experts, making NVIDIA the destination for top talent and the source of industry-leading innovations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing the technical and business argument supporting key investments in next-generation PCB and PCBA technology, capability, and capacity
• Driving execution and follow-through across the global supply base
• Raising operational stability and dependability toward semiconductor-grade standards
• Partnering closely with PCB Design, Signal Integrity, and Reliability to drive parallel, de-risked technology and material paths

Requirements:

• B.S. or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent deep industry experience
• 20+ years across circuit board fabrication and assembly/SMT technologies
• 10+ years of management experience
• Proven track record owning a technology or manufacturing capability at scale and prioritizing investment and influencing product and technical direction with senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent and build world-class team
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operational reliability and consistency, including SPC, CpK/CTQ subject area, inline metrology, and root-cause failure analysis
