You will have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction (NPI) procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.

You will have expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will be highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.

You will demonstrate flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly.

You will communicate directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration.

You will take full accountability for your responsibilities and stay aligned with the business mission.

You will value continuous learning over being right, embracing honest feedback, and viewing setbacks as opportunities for growth and improvement.
