PRN - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and home exercise programs
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an outpatient setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and outcomes measurement
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
