As part of the Red Bull Out of Home sales team, you embody the Red Bull lifestyle and serve as a brand ambassador. You work in a dynamic competitive environment, managing a defined territory of various outlets, including kiosks, convenience stores, bakeries, ethnic supermarkets, and small foodservice establishments.

Your main objective is to increase product availability, optimize placement, and boost sales and brand visibility among your customers. You focus on nurturing existing clients while identifying potential new customers in the Out of Home segment.

This full-time role, initially contracted for two years, offers the opportunity to grow within an ambitious and reliable team.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: You spend most of your time on the road visiting customers and potential clients in the Out of Home segment. You act as a key contact for your clients, continuously developing them through targeted point-of-sale tools to achieve optimal presentation in each outlet.
  • Communication: As a client representative in your territory, you create synergies with other sales departments to maximize value for your clients. Through regular exchange with colleagues, you ensure focused and efficient handling of customer segments.
  • Reporting, KPIs, and Analysis: You lay the foundation for successful strategy with administrative tasks and data management. This enables you to effectively prioritize tasks and share successes with the team.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or vocational training
  • Fluent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Sales experience advantageous but not required
  • Sales affinity and enjoyment of networking with people
  • Willingness to travel and enjoy being on the move
  • Independent and self-motivated working style
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and professional appearance
  • Proficient use of laptop, iPhone, iPad, and MS-Office
  • Residency in the territory
  • Valid driver's license, class B
  • Approximately 90-100% travel readiness
