Principal Data Scientist - Cloud Gaming and AI

Join NVIDIA's GeForce NOW cloud team as a Principal Data Scientist, focusing on AI-augmented analytics solutions for millions of users. You'll work on projects like real-time forecasting, capacity allocation, and customer analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists and engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Apply domain knowledge to develop AI/ML-based solutions for actionable insights.
• Build and deploy real-time solutions for user diagnostics, chatbots, and suspicious activity detection.
• Improve organizational productivity using statistical/AI/ML models.
• Leverage forecasting models and optimization solvers for capacity management.
• Develop predictive models for user retention and outreach campaigns.
• Create multi-agent self-learning harnesses for engineering productivity.

Requirements:

• Master's/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 15+ years of software experience and 8+ years in Statistics/AI/ML.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python, SQL, Java, and modeling frameworks.
• Experience with data storage and processing tools like Spark, Pandas, and Delta Lake.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying data insights.
• A track record of successful projects related to data science at scale.
• Experience with user retention modeling, LLMs, time series forecasting, or operations research is a plus.
