Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser)

This role is not for those who want to sit at a desk all day. As a Sales Activator, you will be part of our team, working independently in field sales/merchandising for 5 days a week. You will be in contact with customers from retail, petrol stations, and gaming areas, bringing our brand directly to them.

Your tasks will include:

• Presenting the Red Bull brand in outlets using the Perfect Store concept
• Ensuring sufficient stock levels and distribution at all points of sale
• Managing existing customers professionally and acquiring new ones
• Supporting field sales managers with promotional activities and agreements

Requirements:

• Completed education/training
• Fluent German language skills
• Basic knowledge of commercial topics
• Experience in the German FMCG landscape is beneficial but not required
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel 70-80%
