Job Description
This senior-level role focuses on overseeing the design, development, and testing phases of high-impact business applications. You will play a critical part in understanding customer business processes after thoroughly engaging with stakeholders, ensuring that technical designs align with business objectives, and enhancing application support. Furthermore, you will lead quality assurance efforts, providing invaluable insights through impact analysis of changes across various system components, with a focus on maintaining a holistic view of the application ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements to the Guidewire PolicyCenter application.
- Collaborate with SME/Architects/Product Owners to translate requirements into Technical / Integration Design Document (IDD).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Gosu and Java.
- Perform Unit testing, integration testing and production shakeout validation to ensure quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
Minimum Required: 4-6 yrs
