CAD-/CAM Programmer

We are seeking a CAD-/CAM Programmer to join the Audi Revolut F1 Team at our facility in Hinwil, Switzerland.

As a CAD-/CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software, setting up and proving out complex milled components, post-processing 3D-printed parts, and working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls.

Key responsibilities:

• Programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software
• Setting up and proving out complex milled components, applying and optimizing modifications
• Post-processing 3D-printed parts
• Working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls
• Loading and prioritizing prototype, single, and small-batch parts using the latest robot technology
• Ensuring accuracy of parts and the entire process, from material ordering to final inspection of workpieces
• Working occasional weekend shifts

Requirements:

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Several years of experience with 5-axis machines
• Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (is an advantage)
• Enthusiasm for high-tech materials
• Careful and highly independent way of working
• Strong team skills and flexibility
• Willingness to work outside of standard working hours
• Good language skills in German and English
