Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to join our Corporate FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnering, cash flow management, financial modeling, balance sheet analysis, and process improvement. This individual will be instrumental in driving the financial planning and analysis function, guiding strategic decision-making, and optimizing financial performance.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting cash flow forecasting and management efforts, ensuring liquidity and financial stability. Building comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and real estate investments. Conducting thorough balance sheet analyses and reporting on key financial indicators. Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations and Facilities team, to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Analyzing current and past financial data and performance, preparing reports and projections based on this analysis. Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. Leading the development of executive-level reporting and presenting financial insights to senior management. Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within a corporate FP&A, investment banking or consulting environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization, advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
