Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Lacey location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will conduct initial evaluations, create and update treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients. You will also communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $87K-$109K annually.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care
• Update treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in patient condition or progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
