Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join the Engineering FP&A Organization based out of Santa Clara campus. The role requires high-level analytical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. As an integral member of the Finance team, our organization's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis for NVIDIA's Global Research and Advanced Technology organizations, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, headcount planning, variance analysis, and long-range strategic investment planning. They will also support financial oversight of pioneering engineering investments, including next-generation silicon technologies, memory innovation, wafer fab qualifications, technology feasibility studies, and long-term R&D initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading planning and financial management of global lab, infrastructure, and equipment investments for the Hardware Engineering organization
  • Leveraging advanced technologies including AI, automation, and data visualization platforms to enhance financial processes and strengthen decision-making capabilities
  • Building and maintaining scalable financial reporting frameworks across budget, forecast, and variance analysis to improve financial visibility and decision making

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a global high-tech or manufacturing organization. They will also possess strong expertise in financial modeling and data analytics, including proficiency with tools or programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar.
