Composite Laminator

Crosby Composites, a leading carbon fibre manufacturer, is seeking experienced laminators to join their team at their Brackley site.

The company, established in 1982, works predominantly in high-end, luxury automotive and Formula 1, with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 accreditations.

As a Composite Laminator, you will be part of the laminating team, which is critical to managing high standards and supporting production areas.

Responsibilities:

• Laminate and tool a broad range of products
• Check information on drawings and route card instructions
• Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Maintain equipment
• Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Motorsport/Automotive experience
• Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
• Good understanding of engineering drawings
