Expert Corporate Marketing

We are seeking an Expert Corporate Marketing to support the implementation of global marketing and communications measures at AVL. You will be an integral part of the team that brings marketing plans and campaigns to life, from strengthening our brand to accompanying company-wide activities.

The focus of your role will be on managing global social media channels, analyzing marketing data, and deriving concrete measures. You will also support the optimization of processes and the creation of guidelines and training.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and competitive analyses, including industry benchmarks, to capture customer requirements and trends and convert them into actionable recommendations
• Support brand development (corporate identity/corporate design) and ensure brand awareness and consistency across all marketing activities
• Manage and administer the company's global social media channels, including content planning, campaign management, and regular performance analysis and reporting
• Implement and monitor assigned work packages and individual tasks within marketing initiatives, campaigns, and/or the overarching marketing plan
• Support the optimization of marketing processes and create global guidelines and corresponding training
• Collaborate with the global marketing team and AVL experts to increase brand awareness

Requirements:

• Completed education (university, college, or equivalent) with a focus on marketing or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in B2B marketing and/or corporate marketing
• Understanding of marketing elements and approaches, including traditional and digital marketing
• Experience in social media management and implementing marketing campaigns
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing marketing data and sound knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
• Structured, self-organized, and analytical working style, as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent knowledge of German and English

Salary: The annual reference salary for this position (full-time) is €54,530.00 gross.
