Responsibilities

• Professional sales of new and used Porsche cars
• Acquire new customers through systematic market cultivation and design of sales-promoting measures
• Active customer care including needs analysis, test drives, and advice and legally secure contract processing
• Mediation of services, leasing, financing, and insurance
• Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented delivery process
• Long-term customer loyalty to the Porsche brand in sales and service business
• Regular care of all current and former customers as well as active information about the current product and performance portfolio of the Porsche Centre
• Professional handling of conflict situations and customer concerns
• Continuous and complete maintenance of all sales-relevant customer and prospect contacts in the CRM system C@P

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies in business administration
• Certification for automobile sales (according to the standards of ZDK, VDA, and VDIK) required
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the premium segment
• Very good knowledge of the Porsche product range
• Good English language skills
• High service orientation and pronounced communication ability
• Competent and friendly appearance
• Will to succeed, engagement, high motivation
• Team ability and reliability
• Safe handling of digital tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft 365
