ABM is seeking a proactive and dedicated Deputy Facilities Manager to join our team at Manor Walks. In this role, you will support the Facilities Manager in delivering high-quality services to our client, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities include managing the contract in line with ABM's policies, procedures, and client requirements, overseeing the security, cleaning, and maintenance teams, and providing day-to-day operational support to the Centre Management team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations or facilities management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a confident IT user with good working knowledge of relevant systems and software.
