PRN Physical Therapist - Outpatient

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their outpatient team at their Lake Norman location. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications:

• Graduate of APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• State licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $46 - $56 / hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
