The Role

As an AI Product Manager at Dyno Therapeutics, you will drive the development of AI products for biological design. You will work across modeling, software, and experimental validation to build systems that scientists use and trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of Dyno's external-facing AI platforms
  • Develop field-relevant benchmarks for agentic tasks in biological design
  • Build and improve AI-driven workflows that integrate models, data systems, and experimental feedback
  • Translate scientific and clinical questions into production-ready systems
  • Work directly with wet lab teams to ensure computational outputs are tested and refined through experiments
  • Contribute to product direction by identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve biological design
  • Move quickly from prototype to production, balancing speed with reliability

Basic Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science or a related field
  • Strong foundation in software development best practices
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale backend systems or APIs in production environments
  • Experience contributing to production-grade data AI-driven applications
  • Alignment with Dyno's core values

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, or modern AI workflows
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving experimental teams
  • Python expertise
