Physical Therapist

We're seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of helping them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing Excellent Healthcare

• Deliver exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Clinical Expertise

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
• Utilize evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function

Collaboration and Communication

• Work collaboratively with Techs during patient care setup and cleanup
• Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development
• Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education

Professional Growth and Development

• Receive paid mentorship with weekly one-on-one mentoring with an experienced PT for your first 3 months
