Agency Development Lead, DACH

Reddit is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Agency Development Lead to grow Reddit's presence across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

This role will support DACH holding company and agency relationships and be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships, education programs, executive engagement, and next-generation business solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for key agency groups and holding companies across the DACH region.
• Develop strategic programs and partnerships with agencies/holding companies.
• Create and execute quarterly and annual holding company go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure alignment between regional initiatives and broader global and regional sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Formulate, negotiate, and execute partnership and trading agreements with agency holding companies.
• Partner with Business Marketing to develop and contribute to tentpole events.
• Lead educational programs and training sessions to drive best practices for using Reddit.
• Work with agencies to strengthen creative strategy and execution.
• Provide advertiser insights and market feedback to Product Marketing and Product teams.
• Partner with Sales on account planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in advertising, media partnerships, or agency development.
• Deep understanding of the agency and holding company landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Proven success building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen with experience developing go-to-market strategies and regional growth plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for community, culture, and helping brands connect authentically with audiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior agency decision-makers.
