Job Responsibilities :

Create a welcoming environment for customers, greeting and assisting them, and responding to their inquiries.
Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories, making suitable suggestions to customers.
Ensure customers receive top-level service and quality merchandise.
Demonstrate the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to customers.
Regularly communicate with Store Managers and Supervisors for product knowledge updates.
Maintain flexible availability to meet store needs.
Adhere to company standards for store and associate appearance.
Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
Help with inventory control and stock management.
Execute product displays and remerchandising as directed.
Receive vendor deliveries and replenish the sales floor.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as directed.
