Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Agent 365 team in Hyderabad, India. As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements, drive identification of dependencies, and develop design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for a scenario.
• Drive identification of dependencies and development of design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
• Create, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to establish and improve performance and maintainability.
• Leverage subject-matter expertise of product features and partner with stakeholders to drive project plans, release plans, and work items.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers.
• Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of professional development experience.
• Technical stack: C++, C#, big data, ML, NLP, and search technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Entra, O365).
• Security awareness (penetration testing, threat analysis).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Software Developer Engineer.
• Track record of working closely with agile and diverse engineering teams.
• Understanding of cloud, AI, and other computing technologies.
• Experience working in geographically dispersed teams.
• Self-starter who likes tackling new challenges and working independently.
• Ability to build relationships with senior technical and business leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication ability, including fluency in English.
