Production Planner

We are seeking a Production Planner to join our team at our Desio facility. As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for creating weekly production plans and daily production programmes for individual work centres, optimising resource usage (machines, materials, and labour) and minimising warehouse storage without extending customer delivery dates.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify customer requests grouped by product codes in production and control programme evasion.
• Programme daily production and mould changes based on available resources, with related reiterations based on discrepancies between planned and produced items, interacting with department heads to discuss production differences and with customer services to define priorities.
• Issue production orders and product identification labels.
• Calculate the required workforce to execute the daily production plan.
• Monitor finished goods and semi-finished goods stock levels and define related working stocks and safety stocks.
• Plan weekly production and mould changes based on available resources, with related reiterations based on external (customers) and internal (production, maintenance, technical services, quality, etc.) variations. Issue the weekly production plan.
• Calculate the required workforce to execute the weekly production plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines or higher secondary school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional-level English language knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Sysauto programme.
• Knowledge of the SAP programme.
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
