Description

As a National Key Account Manager (CVS) at Red Bull, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking the sales strategy for Convenience Stores and wholesalers.

This entrepreneurial leadership role requires a team player who can set clear expectations and objectives, and deliver on key initiatives. You will need to devise a medium-term vision based on a thorough understanding of customers, trends, and opportunities, with attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include managing and achieving defined KPI targets nationally, expanding the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand, and developing and executing account plans in the CVS channel.

You will also be responsible for relationship building and maintenance with customers, analysing customer growth rate and profitability, and executing sales promotions and trade investments.

Requirements include a university degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, a valid driving license, and 5+ years of experience in the FMCG sector. Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English is preferred.
