Facilities Strategy & Operations, Frontier Systems

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facilities Strategy & Operations professional to join the Frontier Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's real estate portfolio, ensuring teams have the resources they need.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the division's nationwide real estate portfolio, including office, R&D lab, test site, initial production, and full-rate production sites.
• Manage short-term and long-term space allocation across multiple teams for office and prototyping lab space.
• Translate engineering and production requirements into facility requirements for new builds, retrofits, and test sites.
• Collaborate with the corporate real estate team on construction projects to ensure requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and budget.
• Lead the launch of new facilities across Engineering, Production, Real Estate, and IT.
• Own the multi-year forecast of real estate needs across the division and determine when and where to make long-term investments.
• Manage the financial impact of the real estate portfolio on the AFS division P&L.
• Execute special projects across finance, real estate, and facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
• High ownership and low ego, with strong outcome orientation and humility.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and budget.
• Prior experience designing or setting up new production lines or factories.
• Ability to read technical documentation, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of construction methods.
• 6-10 years of experience managing a real estate portfolio or in a manufacturing environment at a high-growth technology company.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
