VIE Commitment Board Officer

We are seeking a VIE Commitment Board Officer to join our Finance, Strategy & Transformation team.

As a VIE Commitment Board Officer, you will play a key role in managing projects and ensuring good governance.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage the Commitment Board: administer the Commitment Board, receive and analyse investment files, and manage the agenda
• Ensure internal communication: communicate and share key information on projects and investment requests within the financial direction (Management Control, Procurement, Taxes & Accounting)
• Analyse projects: score different projects presented based on their relevance and adequacy to the company's overall strategy
• Contribute to the project portfolio: participate in the development and maintenance of the company's project portfolio

Requirements:

• Master's degree in finance, business school, or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, proactive and project management skills
• Excellent mastery of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), visual presentation
• Excellent mastery of French, spoken and written
• Good level of English required
