Packaging Senior Engineer

As a Packaging Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and management of packaging for all North America Export parts. You will evaluate, test, and approve packaging designs, validate change points, and determine effectiveness to minimize critical impact or risk.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing OEM Packaging pertaining to design support, development, approval, and maintenance.
• Leading and managing Intercompany and ISC responsible Packaging pertaining to design, development, safety, and structural.
• Troubleshooting and correcting design-related packaging issues, cost-down, and efficiency-up changepoints.
• Managing, training, and supporting internal and external Honda Packaging Developer associates to utilize ISC Pack Lab for Packaging Testing.
• Leading Supplier Composition activity for Packaging.

As a Packaging Senior Engineer, you will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent engineering experience. You will also have 2+ years of relevant experience and previous experience working in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry is preferred.
