Description
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our London team and help bring Workable to more businesses that need it.
As the first point of contact for companies exploring Workable, you'll research accounts, spark conversations, and turn interest into pipeline. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and researching target accounts and the right people within them, running outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives.
You'll be selling something businesses actually need, backed by a team that knows how to close. We're open to people early in their sales career, and what matters most is that you're curious, organized, and ready to put in the work.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Up to a year of experience in an SDR or BDR role (or a strong case for why you're ready)
- Hands-on experience with a CRM to track activity and keep pipeline clean
Nice to have:
- A track record of outbound prospecting
- Comfort running outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for an AE team
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Genuine interest in HR tech
- Experience collaborating with marketing or AEs on campaigns and messaging
- Business-level fluency in a second language
