Description
The Key Account Manager plays a key role in helping the National Key Account Manager (NKAM) develop and implement Red Bull's sales strategy across major national Off Premise Customers. This involves setting clear expectations and objectives, achieving aggressive goals, and delivering on key initiatives.
Responsibilities include implementing Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers at the regional level, assisting in the design and implementation of National Key Account strategies, and developing short- and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy.
The role also involves analysing data sources, such as Nielsen and scanner data, to derive customer growth opportunities, and preparing yearly negotiations with customers to drive sales and customer spend.
Additional responsibilities include conducting and leading yearly negotiation processes at key customers, continuously tracking and adjusting volume and profitability targets, and managing the execution of plans through the Perfect Store Audit.
To be successful, the Key Account Manager must have a proven track record of at least three years of experience in Key Account Management and/or Field Force Management, preferably with a background in FMCG or beverages.
They should also possess excellent networking skills, strategic ability, commercial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation experience, and presentation skills. The role requires travel of 20-30%.
