Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas
• Ability to travel within Texas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
