Travel & PERM Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our team in Acton, MA. As a travel and permanent physical therapist, you will work with patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
