  • Provide expert advice on security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and encryption tailored to OT infrastructures
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to secure industrial environments against cyber threats
  • Develop security policies, processes, and documentation to support security initiatives in critical infrastructure
  • Lead and support incident response and threat mitigation measures, including monitoring and securing industrial networks
  • Continuously monitor new threats, vulnerabilities, and trends in OT cyber security

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in cyber security, computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in cyber security, risk management, or similar roles with a strong focus on OT security
  • Experience in a consulting or advisory role, particularly in sectors of critical infrastructure
  • In-depth knowledge of common security frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, CIS, TOGAF, etc.)
  • Practical experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security, and IAM solutions for OT environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. NERC CIP, DSGVO, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, or TOGAF are an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security topics to non-technical stakeholders

Your diverse security experience should ideally include:

  • Knowledge of secure remote access solutions for OT environments
  • Experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and IIoT security
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) for OT environments

Ideal candidate profile:

  • A broad business competence profile, particularly in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, preparing, and communicating information for various target groups
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C2) and project-related travel readiness
  • Enjoy working with clients from various industries
  • Experience in balancing technical and commercial requirements to develop practical solutions
  • Ability to build strong and sustainable business relationships at all levels
