Description
As a Musketeer at Red Bull, you will be the face of the brand and an indispensable consultant to your On Premise territory, including bars, restaurants, events, clubs, and hospitality.
Your main goals will be to identify business opportunities in the On Premise universe to leverage the brand image and drive both current and future sales of Red Bull's product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners
- Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network
- Be seen as the credible, reliable, and knowledgeable face of Red Bull On Premise (HORECA)
- Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution
- Know your territory like the back of your hand and follow the company's strategy
- Create innovative measures and lay the foundation in areas where Red Bull will exploit its full potential in the future
- Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities
- Manage internal and external resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders
- Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bull's business and the customer's business
- Leverage your communication, sales, and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one On Premise
- Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life, and/or FMCG industry will be considered an asset
- Able to think and act like an entrepreneur and out of the box
- Strategic, innovative, commercially aware
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment
- Street smart and understanding of all groups of people
- Communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Prioritization, organisational, and time management skills
- Relationship management skills and open to feedback
- Integrated into the local scene and community
- Demonstrable social networking experience
- IT & MS Office literate
- Military service completed
