Description
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team behind Fin's Customer Agent products. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the Fin Sales organization through effective pipeline generation. Our role is to lay the foundation for Fin Sales by engaging with prospects and customers, helping them realise the value of Fin through creative and engaging prospecting.
You'll be partnering with Account Executives to build and prioritise highly strategic target account lists. This includes deep dives into firmographics, technographics, and intent data to identify top opportunities. You'll work with both new prospects and existing customers, engaging with them at different stages, from first touch through to adoption and expansion. You'll also operate across both high velocity and more complex sales cycles, learning how to work both.
You'll need to build deep knowledge of Fin's Customer Agent and Sales Agent products, clearly articulating the problems these products solve and speaking credibly with prospects about them. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve how we generate and convert pipeline for these products. Your proximity to customers means your feedback matters.
We're looking for someone with a strong desire to build a career in Sales, with 1+ year of customer-facing work experience. Sales or SaaS experience is a plus. You should be comfortable working at pace, with a high velocity motion, and be able to move quickly and prioritise well. You'll need to be able to prospect across cold calling, email, and social, engaging people who aren't expecting to hear from you. You should also be able to communicate clearly, adapt to different audiences, and listen as well as you talk.
