Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Austin location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and injury prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide direct patient care, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on proper techniques for exercise and injury prevention
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordination of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
