Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI.
The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients. This involves evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans and goals, and providing or supervising treatment modalities and procedures tailored to each patient's needs based on their age and diagnosis. Patient and family education is also a key part of this role, along with maintaining accurate documentation.
This position offers occasional hours during weekdays with a .001 FTE commitment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, which can be obtained within 90 days of hire.
